"New to Denver and since Covid 19 quarantine my fur kids looked like pound pooches! Being new to city nobody would fit us in since doing existing clients first. Doggy Downtime fit my kids in and am so blessed! The owner is very loving and warm and my boys look beautiful! She's never seen them before and their hair was so shaggy from not being able to leave house, she listened to how I wanted them cut and did what I asked! They smelled good too. She also wants to try a special shampoo and conditioner on my 3lb yorkie that is loosing his hair in clumps! The boys seemed happy too...no drama or trauma! Give them a try.....I'm a happy mama! Good procedure re: distancing etc.....clean area too! No dog odor! I was able to reschedule 7 weeks out!"

"I am so happy to have found Doggy Downtime! They did such a lovely job on our pup Denali. Super friendly service. Our pup is happy, super soft, smells fantastic (love how they use organic and natural products), and her fur has never looked better! They also were really patient with her long fur and dedicated over 2 hours to her grooming. It is clear that they really care about quality service, and love dogs - Denali was giving our groomer kisses on her way out. Thank you for the wonderful service and we can't wait to come back soon."

"Paws down the best grooming experience I've had. The cut was absolutely perfect! My dog is special needs after years of abuse and neglect. She needs a gentle but firm hand and received the perfect experience. I've already booked her next appointment. My dog Rachel has found her forever home and her forever groomer."

"Kenya was amazing! My maltipoo, Lola, is usually terrified of groomers. This was the first time I picked her up and she was totally calm after getting groomed. Not only did she do a great job with the teddy bear haircut but she was kind and gentle to my puppy. It's rare to find a groomer as talented and kind as Kenya. I highly recommend!!"

"I just visited this cute little spot today. I was texting back and forth with the owner prior to meeting her to set up an appointment. When I arrived, I explained that both my dogs had to be muzzled to get their nails cut and Bambi in particular was extremely afraid. The owner was professional, super nice and my dogs - Cosmo & Bambi had such a great experience. I could her hear encouragement the whole time and when she was done and brought them back to me she said everything went great! I'm definitely bringing my dogs back!!"

She is reliable, fair and a genuinely kind soul that I want my dog around. Kēnya is a skilled groomer with an unmatched energy and I can personally say she is the BEST around. Easy going and reliable which are two of the best qualities when looking for pet care services. Highly recommended!!!"

"First time for my doddle at 6 mo's. Made appointment at recommendation of friends. Left my pup with guidelines of "your call- summer cut". Got my greatly reduced pup back and was very pleased with Kēnya's work. Her interactions were very pleasant and cheerful. Small shop but very homey feel. Will continue seeing her and couldn't be happier. Opie is much happier as well and was in no hurry to leave."
